Description

A liferaft release hook is a crucial component of a maritime life-saving system. It is designed to secure liferafts to their stowage positions on ships, ensuring that they remain securely stored until needed in emergency situations. The T-ISS PX02 is an automatic release hook for davit launched liferafts. It can handle a safe working load of 25 kN. The hook can be operated as an automatic release hook or as a manual release hook. The automatic release hook will release the liferaft when it comes into the water. When activated, the release hook quickly and reliably detaches the liferaft from its stowage, allowing it to float freely on the water and become accessible for deployment and boarding.
